What is Flex Printing?
Flex printing is a large-format printing process used to create banners, hoardings, and signage for outdoor and indoor advertising. It involves printing high-resolution graphics on flexible PVC material using solvent, eco-solvent, or latex ink technology.

2. Taiwan Flex (Standard)
- Quality: Good — cost-effective for mass production
- Weight: 280 GSM – 380 GSM
- Best for: Event banners, short-term promotions, indoor signage
- Lifespan: 1-2 years outdoor
3. Backlit Flex
- Quality: Translucent — designed for illuminated displays
- Best for: Light boxes, metro station ads, cinema displays
- Advantage: Even light transmission for 24/7 visibility
4. One-Way Vision (OWV) Vinyl
- Quality: Perforated — see through from one side
- Best for: Vehicle wraps, window graphics, glass facades
- Advantage: Advertising on glass without blocking light

How to Get the Best Results
1. Use high-resolution artwork — minimum 150 DPI at actual print size
2. Choose the right material — match material to your application and budget
3. Consider viewing distance — highway billboards don't need 1440 DPI; 360 DPI is sufficient
4. Add bleed area — 1-2 inches on all sides for finishing
5. UV-resistant inks — always use UV-resistant inks for outdoor applications
